RETURN POLICY

Direct to Consumer Retail/Website Orders: Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 7 business days after purchase for a merchandise credit in equal value or may be exchanged for an item of equal value.

Custom Orders: Due to the nature of your garment being designed and made for just for you, all deposits, Designer fees and custom sales are final and non-refundable.

Wholesale Orders: You must operate at least one verified brick and mortar location as well as have a valid registered Seller’s Permit. Minimum quantity to qualify an order is 3 pieces per style per color way. Orders may not be cancelled after 7 days once placed. Orders will ship on the start/ship date after payment is collected. Wholesale orders are not returnable or refundable as most pieces are made to order (specifically for your store) or are extremely limited. Additional terms or conditions may apply. Should an issue arise, please contact your account manager/PELLONE sales representative within 7 days upon receiving your shipment.
